Okay, keep in mind, this is the first time I've ever written up a pattern so be kind but please let me know about any errors/omissions/glaring mistakes so that I can fix them.
Oh, and it's a .doc file. I don't have adobe, sorry!

ETA: Ginger wins as the smartest gal of the day! She totally hooked me up with a converter to flip from word to .pdf. Sweet! Huge kudos to Ginger! Oh, and go see what she bought at Madrona. Swoon.

Thank you for taking the time to write that all up Tammy! The hat is adorable and I love how the flap covers the whole neck.
I will make one for Dulaan sometime before summer!!
I love this pattern. I created a pdf file and can e-mail it to you (or I can upload it to the Dulaan Yahoo! group and you can grab it there) if you would like.
I use PrimoPDF (freeware) for creating pdf files, it works great and, well, it's free.
Hey! Cool idea & cool pattern! I just finished a cap that had just earflaps. I think it might be better with a full flap (with all this cold & rain we've been getting). I'm going to give your pattern a try.
Thanks for this cute pattern! ;o)
Made one in two shades of green. Thanks for the pattern, Tammy!
Love the hat- thanks for sharing the pattern!
That hat is wonderful!
